Alumni events offer an opportunity to recharge your recovery and reconnect with fellow Eating Recovery Center alumni and staff. These interactive events generally incorporate mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, as well as creativity and movement, and our hope is that you will leave alumni events empowered, committed and encouraged, with a renewed focus on recovery and growth.

Mark your calendar and plan to join us for our 2nd Annual Alumni Retreat this summer! Alumni of Eating Recovery Center’s adult programs and services are invited to attend the retreat, which will be held Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th at The Cielo in scenic Castle Rock, Colorado, located just south of Denver.

Our hope is that the retreat will be a valuable experience, supporting you wherever you may be in your recovery process. Sessions will be rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills and Eating Recovery Center’s Pillars of Recovery (Values, Mindsight and Connectedness). The schedule will also include uplifting stories of lasting recovery, therapeutic movement sessions and creative expression activities.

Registration fee: $25.00
Registration includes all sessions, meals, snacks and transportation between the hotel and event, as well as a “Retreat Pack” including materials, retreat t-shirt, book, tote bag, notepad and additional goodies. Attendees must register to attend the alumni retreat.
