Enola Gorham, a clinician with extensive expertise in eating disorders, family dynamics and recovery environments, describes the utility of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in the treatment of adults with eating disorders. Gorham also explains practical applications of this therapeutic intervention at Eating Recovery Center. This presentation was originally delivered at the 3rd annual Rocky Mountain Eating Disorders Conference in August 2011.
