Integrated Family Based Treatment In Inpatient Treatment for Children and Adolescents

A presentation by Elizabeth Easton, PsyD, Clinical Director of Child and Adolescent Services at Eating Recovery Center.

In this video, Dr. Easton describes the utility of Family Based Treatment (FBT) in the treatment of children and adolescents with eating disorders, and explains how Eating Recovery Center has enhanced the traditionally outpatient intervention for use in an inpatient setting, offering increased treatment flexibility and individualization based on the course of the illness. This presentation was originally delivered at the 3rd annual Rocky Mountain Eating Disorders Conference in August 2011.
