Carolyn Jones, RN, LPC, CEDS
Director of Nursing
Carolyn Jones has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and body image issues for more 20 years. She holds a BS in nursing and an MS in counselor education. Carolyn has been a Registered Nurse since 1976, a National Certified Counselor since 1994 and a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1996. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and an iaedp Approved Supervisor.
During her career, Carolyn has worked as an emergency department nurse in the capacities of clinician, educator, and nurse manager. Following her time as a staff nurse at the Bethesda eating disorder program in Denver, she assisted in the program development of the Eating Disorder Center of Denver, Eating Recovery Center as well as the Freedom Project Outpatient eating disorder program in Laramie, Wyoming. Carolyn is a member of the American Nurses Association and the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
