Starting and Paying for Treatment

Choosing to start treatment is an important first step, but continuing through the admissions process and paying for treatment can feel overwhelming. We want you to know that we are here for you every step of the way - from your first call, to walking through our doors on your first day.

Our response and clinical admissions teams will walk you through the assessment and intake process, while our benefits team works with your insurance to determine you can secure coverage. You can learn more about what this process looks like by following the links below.

Assessments and Admissions

The Clinical Assessment team is comprised of highly trained clinicians—all Master’s-level clinicians—who are committed to helping evaluate your or your loved one’s illness and coordinate admission into an appropriate center and program. The assessment process helps us learn more your physical and mental needs, and determine what programming and treatment center will best guide you on your recovery journey.

Insurance and Paying for Treatment

Researching and assessing insurance coverage can feel like a barrier to treatment for many people. We help our patients every step of the way by advocating for treatment coverage on behalf of our patients with their insurers. We have contracted with most major insurance providers to ensure that patients can get the care they need. We also offer a variety of alternative payment options if a patient lacks insurance coverage.
