Say It Brave brings authenticity to mental health conversations and provides resources for the fight for mental wellness. This community was created by and for people with mental health issues to shed light on topics that are often hard to talk about due to shame and stigma. In a world obsessed with "keeping it all together," we honor the courage it takes to show up and be seen as we are.
