Caring for Your Mental Health in Times of Uncertainty
We recognize that for many in our community who are in treatment or recovery, social distancing measures can be particularly challenging. As we all experience the impacts of COVID-19 in our daily lives, we may be feeling anxious, uncertain and isolated. We want you to know that you are not alone in this. We are here to support you in this difficult time and are committed to continuing to provide a variety of digitally available healing resources.
Eating Recovery Center and Insight Mood & Anxiety Centers have many resources available right now that can provide valuable connection and support. We encourage you to take advantage of these resources during this unprecedented time. Whether you’re a patient, an alum or a follower of ERC on social, we're here to provide you with valuable support—all that can be accessed from the comfort of your home.
Please check this page often in the coming weeks as we will be updating it with blogs, articles, videos, virtual support group information and other tools you can use to find hope and community through a difficult season.
The medical team at ERC Pathlight is working hard to provide ongoing updates on how we’re addressing the coronavirus in our treatment centers. Learn more about protocols, visitor policy, FAQs and tips for staying healthy on the COVID-19 resource page.
Virtual Support Groups
We facilitate many weekly support groups for our alumni, families and community members, and during COVID-19, they are all being offered virtually in order to provide a safe space for connection.
Led by trained facilitators, our support groups are a place where you can connect with others who have had similar experiences to yours, are on a recovery journey, or who are supporting a loved one who is in treatment. These support groups are a supplemental resource only, and not a replacement for care received from a treatment team.
