Introducing Tea Time with Robyn Cruze

Introducing Robyn Cruze, the National Recovery Advocate for Eating Recovery Center, and her new web series, Tea Time. Focusing on the hard questions that go unanswered around eating recovery, food, body image and treatment.

My name is Robyn Cruze, and I am the National Recovery Advocate for Eating Recovery Center.

So, a quick story: When I was growing up, one of my favorite things to do, when I was feeling down, was to go over and see my mum--and we would have a hot cup of tea, and we would conquer the world over that hot cup of tea! And I don’t know about you, but that kind of stuff just makes me feel so much better about myself.

So later on in my life when I was traveling the world, I kept on the tradition of having a cup of tea.  I'd have it with my closest friends.  And we would catch up and talk about anything and everything, and in inevitably every single one of us would come away feeling like we could take on the world, you know?

The truth is—I feel like there are so many hard questions that go unanswered around eating recovery, food, body image and the treatment of that I really want to get answers to.

So in my new web series, called Tea Time with Robyn (me), I’m going to go and seek out those people who have the answers to those hard questions so we can get some answers. So if you have a hard question, please email me at and together over a cup of tea we will discover the answers.

I hope you’ll join me.
