Robert McFerren, LICSW

Executive Director

Robert McFerren graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining the team at Pathlight, Robert was managing a 74-bed neurobehavioral unit at a residential treatment center. He also has experience working with children in the foster care system, with adults and adolescents in acute hospitalization, in the school setting, and in private practice. He enjoys working with complex family systems to help facilitate healthy communication. He specializes in working with children, adolescents and their parents. He has also had a passion for creating trauma-informed programs where patients can receive treatment in a safe and comfortable manner.
