Nursing Director

Rosa joined Eating Recovery Center in 2020.  She started her nursing career in pediatric cardiology in 2008. She brings 14 years of nursing experience with a passion for supporting and empowering nurses in their professional growth. She demonstrates a commitment to her own professional development by receiving her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus in Health Systems Leadership from the University of West Georgia. She also obtained her certification as a board-certified nurse executive.

As a Nursing Director, Rosa oversees the Denver child and adolescent unit at Juniper. She supports the day-to-day operations, enhances growth and development of nursing and BHC teammates, and collaborates with medical and clinical leadership to ensure patients and families receive exceptional care in their recovery journey
