Caroline McHale joined Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in 2020 as the Regional Vice President of the Mountain Region. She brings over fifteen years of experience in the behavioral health space and a passion for serving her community and enhancing access to care for those suffering with mental health issues. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Business Development for Haven Behavioral Healthcare with operational oversight of seven free standing inpatient facilities and outpatient programs as well the Chief Operating Officer at Rogers Behavioral Health.

Caroline has also served as a Chief Executive Officer with Acadia Healthcare and Universal Health Services and started her career with CRC in 2005.

Caroline earned her MBA from the University of San Diego and has an MFA from the University of Toronto.
