David joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in June 2018 after 12 years at Mars, Inc. Most recently at Mars, Inc., David served as CFO of Banfield Pet Hospital, the largest veterinary practice in the world with over 1,000 hospitals and 16,000 associates. Prior to this role, David served as CFO of Royal Canin USA, the leader in pet health nutrition. David also held leadership roles supporting supply chain within the Mars portfolio of pet food brands and finance positions within the Mars veterinary segment. Prior to joining Mars in 2006 David was a business unit controller at Novellus systems, a leader in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing.

David earned his BS in Finance and Accounting at Indiana University and subsequently worked with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

When not watching his kids play soccer and ride horses, David enjoys traveling, cycling, motorsports, dirt biking, gardening, and cooking. David lives with his wife and four children in Castle Rock, Colorado.
