Kim Effertz, MSW

Regional Vice President

Kim Effertz joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in September 2021 as an Operating Vice President. She brings over 25 years of behavioral health experience with a passion to create and ensure access to care for those in need of our services. Kim started her career in admissions and utilization review at Charter Behavioral Health. Prior to joining ERC/Pathlight Kim served over 22 years at Rogers Behavioral Health most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Southeast Wisconsin. Kim has a strong commitment to leadership integrity and mission that drives her passion to serve those suffering from mental health conditions.

Kim earned her MSW from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
