Kurt joined Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in November 2018 after 9 years in a variety of operating roles at DaVita Inc, a Fortune 200 healthcare company. Most recently, Kurt served as the General Manager responsible for two operating divisions spanning five mid-western states with over 130 outpatient dialysis clinics and 1,300 teammates. Prior to this role, Kurt led the operations for DaVita across Northern California, Oregon and Hawaii. Before joining DaVita, Kurt served as a Medical Operations Officer in the U.S. Army where we led a variety of medical units supporting missions in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.

Kurt earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS in Health Administration from Indiana University.

An avid traveler, Kurt has visited over 68 countries and enjoys anything outdoors including hiking and fly fishing. He and his wife actively support PawsCO, a local volunteer run animal rescue, and often have several foster dogs in their home. Kurt, his wife and two sons live in Denver, Colorado.
