Executive Director

Deb Roseberry, LCSW, MBA, attended the University of Iowa for her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Social Work. She began her career as a behavioral health therapist providing individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. During that time, she began taking on administrative duties, which lead her into the management field. She completed her Master's degree in Business at the University of Kansas and continued her leadership career in managing across the continuum of care in the behavioral health field, primarily within medical organizations. Deb's passion has always been behavioral health operations and serving the behavioral health patient population. She was drawn to ERC/Pathlight for a couple of reasons. The clinical quality at ERC is recognized as top-notch, and she wanted to be a part of an organization with a focus on providing clinical quality for behavioral health patients. Also, coming from a history of being a behavioral health person in a medical organization, she was excited to join a behavioral health organization where there is a shared focus on serving behavioral health patients. In her free time, Deb is also a certified personal trainer and loves fitness.
