Creativity and Community Event

Sometimes it’s a sentence you can’t get out of your head. Or a dance that you feel in your feet (we’re looking at you, Colleen!) Other times, it’s a tune you hear in your mind that needs to be written (hey, Tony). Maybe it’s a costume you put together (we love you, Eric!) or a canvas that you paint your recovery from (maybe from the amazing Dena!). Maybe it’s a poem about a hike (Kara!) or the way you move your body during joyful movement. If you need a boost of creative energy, or if you need compassion from others who have walked a mental health journey, join some of your favorite mental health advocates for a national event focused on art in five themes: diversity, community, resilience, strength and mindfulness.
