Thriving vs. Surviving in a Global Pandemic: Part 3

The purpose of this presentation is to help mental health providers understand the systemic impact that COVID-19 has had on the community, while learning techniques and interventions to help their clients build resilience and recovery. 

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will be able to identify signs of compassion fatigue in themselves as helping professionals.
  • Participants will be able to defend the rationale for provider self-care, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Participants will be able to practice new strategies for self-care.
