Jennifer Moran, PsyD
Dr. Jennifer Moran is a clinical psychologist and Clinical Manager at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Maryland, with additional experience as the program’s College Liaison. Dr. Moran earned her doctorate from the University of Denver in 2003 and completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Suffolk University Counseling Center. She operates within an integrative approach, with a special focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based strategies. Dr. Moran has worked in several university counseling centers and continues to pursue her passion for working with campuses and students by serving as a college liaison for Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center. Dr. Moran served on the team at Center for Eating Disorders earlier in her career, followed most recently by working in the outpatient department of the Eating Recovery Center Maryland. She has also served as a family therapist in conjunction with the Center's NIMH-funded research study on effective therapies for adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa and is certified as a Family Behavioral Therapist through the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. Dr. Moran is available to facilitate trainings, networking opportunities, groups and other mental health programming for college students. She also offers trainings, referral assistance and consultation to professionals at area colleges and university counseling centers.
