Leslee Marcom, PhD, CEDS

Clinical Director of Adolescent Services

Leslee Marcom grew up in the Dallas area. She attended Texas State University for her undergraduate degree and then entered a doctoral program at University of North Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas with her PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2014. Leslee’s clinical background includes working in consult liaison services in a hospital setting, a community mental health clinic, and counseling centers with experience working with both adults and adolescent populations. Leslee completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Medical Center on the Eating Disorder rotation, working with adolescents individually, their families, and facilitating groups. Leslee became CEDS certified in 2018 and is currently working on her CEDS-Supervisor. She started working with Eating Recovery Center (ERC) in 2015 as a primary therapist, moved to a Clinical Manager in 2016, and, currently is the Clinical Director of Adolescent Services at ERC Dallas. She has a passion for working with the eating disorder population, their families, and supervising/training new therapists.
