Alyssa Aakre

Director of Operational Excellence

Alyssa Aakre is Director of Operational Excellence at ERC and Pathlight. Alyssa has been with Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight since 2022. As the Director of Operational Excellence, Alyssa analyzes business procedures and trends, implements day to day operation processes, and oversees internal control operations for her region.

Prior to moving into the field of eating disorders, Alyssa spent a majority of her career running operations in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings.

Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her master’s degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
