Struggling to stay on track after treatment?
Two weeks can help prevent eating disorder relapse.
Setbacks in recovery are common — but it doesn’t mean progress is lost. A short-term boost in care can help you:
- Catch returning symptoms early, before they become harder to manage
- Reinforce structure, accountability and consistent meals
- Talk through what’s been challenging and explore new ways to respond
- Practice eating disorder relapse prevention strategies with real-time guidance
- Reconnect with peers who understand what you’re going through
By addressing returning symptoms and current challenges, you’ll build upon the progress you made in treatment and maintain your recovery.
Come as you are.
We’ll get you where you need to go.

Care from licensed professionals
Each session is guided by licensed therapists and registered dietitians who specialize in eating disorders, with
oversight from nationally recognized clinical leaders.
Support that lasts for life
We stay connected with you, your family and providers from day one — offering access to more than 2,000 online
resources to help you maintain progress long after the program ends.
You don’t have to do this alone.
And more importantly, you shouldn’t.
Whether you’re taking the first step or looking for a short-term reset, the leading eating disorder support network in the nation is here — backing you every step of the way. Two weeks can change everything.
We are in-network with all major commercial insurance providers
Our At Home Virtual Summer Intensive Program accepts most major commercial insurance plans. Although we do not accept government-funded insurance plans like Medicaid for this summer intensive, we invite you to explore our other programs that match your needs and coverage.

Symptoms can return at any point in recovery. That doesn’t mean progress is lost — but if they become harder to manage, it may be time to consider more support than outpatient care can provide.
Signs that additional support may be needed to prevent relapse:
- Skipping meals or social situations where food is involved
- Avoiding foods that were previously reintroduced
- Thinking more often about weight, food or body image
- Feeling more anxious, overwhelmed or down than usual
- Using old behaviors to cope with stress
- Telling oneself or others that things are fine, even when they’re not
- Becoming more rigid about exercise or movement routines
- Spending less time with friends, family or people in one’s support system
- Canceling therapy sessions, nutrition appointments or follow-ups
- Falling behind on errands, chores or daily routines
- Sleeping less or neglecting personal care without a clear reason
