Kristin admitted into Eating Recovery Center in 2016 to address her diagnoses of binge eating disorder, as well as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. She’s come a long way in her recovery and is now able to live a life free from the diet/exercise/binge/restrict cycle. She works hard every day to maintain the progress she’s made and is passionate about sharing her story with others, while also normalizing eating disorders and mental health issues in general. Kristin currently lives in San Diego with her husband and two tiny kiddos.

Eating Recovery Center is accredited through the Joint Commission. This organization seeks to enhance the lives of the persons served in healthcare settings through a consultative accreditation process emphasizing quality, value and optimal outcomes of services.
