Pathlight Boren in downtown Seattle, Washington specializes in treatment for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders for medically-stable adults, adolescents, and children.

Located on the 18th floor amidst windows overlooking the serene Seattle landscape, we offer comprehensive, mindfulness-based treatment approaches from compassionate professionals in either a seven-day-per-week Partial Hospitalization Program or a three-day-a-week Intensive Outpatient Program. With an emphasis on family planning, we guide patients and families alike towards interrupting a patient's maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to live a better, more fruitful life.

Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center provides specialized treatment for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders in Seattle for children, adolescents and adults. Accredited by the Joint Commission and led by a nationally recognized team of experts across multiple behavioral healthcare disciplines, Pathlight offers comprehensive, mindfulness-based treatment approaches to support adults and families struggling with serious behavioral health concerns.

As a member of the Eating Recovery Center family of programs, Pathlight’s treatment philosophy acknowledges the importance of assessment, intervention and discharge planning in successfully addressing behavioral health concerns.  A fully comprehensive assessment is crucial in identifying co-occurring conditions and developing an individualized treatment plan.
 
Evidence-based interventions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and DBT-centered trauma education and protocol, help patients and families alike interrupt maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and live a values-rich life.
 
Eating disorder treatment for binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia and others is also available through our Eating Recovery Center programming in nearby Bellevue, Washington.

    Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center’s support for patients and families does not end at the time of discharge—rather, the treatment team carefully develops a personalized discharge plan, and offers several aftercare services and alumni support programs for patients that do not have an established treatment team.

Eating Recovery Center of Washington, in Bellevue, provides comprehensive eating disorders treatment and mood, anxiety and trauma-related treatment programs for male and female adults and adolescents. The eating disorder treatment programming provides critical medical supervision and support and teaches patients the skills they need to live lives of recovery, while providing daily opportunities to practice these eating disorder recovery skills in a real-world context.
