Adam is a Licensed Clinical Social who has worked with child, adolescent, and adult populations across the country in various roles. His first clinical leadership position was the Clinical Director of a Child and Adolescent psychiatric hospital. Additionally, he has been a direct care staff (mental tech/BHC), primary therapist, clinical director, CEO, Group CEO and Vice President. Adam has experience treating adults with co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health across all levels of care (Detox, RTC, PHP/IOP with housing, Outpatient and MAT) in numerous states. He has opened new service lines, expanded programs into new states, and connected disjointed sister facilities into seamless systems of care assisting patients in receiving treatment appropriate to their presentation and need within the care continuum and moving up or down levels of care as needed. He has spent time doing wilderness work with high-risk teenagers spanning the country from Florida to Alaska, and with populations from court referred to higher-end wilderness therapy.

Adam attended University of Georgia for a Bachelor of Social Work, Minor in Spanish, and a Master of Social Work. He is married with three children.
