New alumni support groups,
are coming soon
We’re developing new virtual groups for those who have completed treatment with ERC, as well as caregivers and family members. Check back soon for more information.
Eating disorder support groups for alumni, caregivers, and families
Our virtual support groups are primarily clinician-led and exclusively for ERC alumni and caregivers who have loved ones currently or previously in treatment.
Ongoing support can be an important part of long-term recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder or ARFID. Here you’ll find a welcoming place to connect and get support.
A safe space to connect and be heard
Meetings are private
What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Sessions are not recorded, and everyone joins from their own personal space.
Share at your own pace
You don’t have to share until you feel ready to. You’re welcome to listen, reflect, or join the conversation when it feels right to you.
Guided by clinicians
Groups are primarily led by clinicians who help keep conversations respectful, supportive, and grounded.
