Integrating Families into Treatment

Join us for our California CE series, where we will be hosting three insightful presentations. Our Fully Virtual Presentation on September 6th is part two of the series and will highlight the expertise of Natalie Goodwin, PHD, as she dives into the pertinent topic: Integrating Families into Treatment Stay tuned for more details about our final presentation on Weight Inclusive Care, to take place on November 8th.

The presentation will offer a comprehensive review of interventions that concentrate on family engagement in the management of eating disorders among children, adolescents, and young adults. The presenters will provide an overview of two primary treatments, namely Family-Based Treatment and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and will discuss how these treatments can be incorporated into the treatment process in higher levels of care.
