Clinical Manager

Alexis Jerome, LCPC, is a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Maryland, with specialized expertise in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. With over a decade of clinical experience, Alexis currently serves as Clinical Manager at the Eating Recovery Center in Hunt Valley. In this leadership role, she oversees daily clinical operations, supervises a multidisciplinary team of therapists, and leads program development to ensure the consistent delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care. 

Alexis provides clinical supervision and mentorship grounded in proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and trauma-informed care. She maintains an active clinical caseload, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, and drives performance improvement initiatives that align with both regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral healthcare. 

Beyond her clinical and management responsibilities, Alexis is a dedicated educator and advocate. She frequently delivers community-based trainings and professional development seminars for therapists, hospital personnel, and other mental health professionals. Her presentations focus on eating disorder education and trauma-informed care, equipping providers with the knowledge and tools necessary to identify, understand, and treat complex mental health presentations across diverse care settings.

Alexis holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. She is deeply committed to advancing clinical excellence through supervision, education, and collaborative professional outreach.
