Allison Seats, MD, is a dedicated Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist practicing at our Juniper facility in Denver, Colorado. With a strong foundation in pediatrics, psychiatry, and child & adolescent psychiatry, Dr. Seats is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in eating disorders, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and developmental disorders, and is committed to supporting patients and families through collaborative, holistic treatment.
Dr. Seats earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Spanish, from Creighton University, where she graduated cum laude. She went on to complete a Master of Biomedical Sciences at Regis University in Denver before earning her Medical Doctorate from Creighton University School of Medicine. She then pursued a highly competitive Triple Board Residency in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident/Fellow.
During her training, Dr. Seats gained broad experience across pediatric and psychiatric treatment settings, including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, NICU, and residential levels of care. She also completed specialized electives in pediatric eating disorders and psychosocial oncology, fueling her dedication to working with children and adolescents navigating complex medical and psychiatric needs. In addition, she has contributed to academic medicine as a Clinical Instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine and Clinical Fellow in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Seats has presented nationally on topics such as eating disorders and childhood anxiety and has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on pain management and cognitive dysfunction in aging. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the American Psychiatric Association.
Outside of medicine, Allison enjoys volleyball, skiing, yoga, hiking with her dog Luca, and most recently, exploring watercolor painting.
