Brenna Rittenour, MSN, FNP

Brenna Rittenour, MSN, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients at our Seattle and Bellevue locations in Washington. Floating between both sites, she brings a deep commitment to mental health and holistic family care, along with a diverse background in pediatric primary and urgent care.

Originally from Spokane, Washington, Brenna’s path in healthcare began as a nurse, including a formative role at an outpatient eating disorder clinic that sparked her passion for integrated, person-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and holds active licensure as both a Registered Nurse and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.

Her clinical experience includes managing conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on thoughtful collaboration and evidence-based care. Brenna’s approach is grounded in empathy, critical thinking, and clear communication—values that extend beyond the clinic through her work as a healthcare writer and team collaborator.

Outside of her professional life, Brenna enjoys time in the outdoors—hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, and rock climbing—or unwinding with yoga and a good book.
