Eli Harwood
Biography
Eli Harwood is a licensed therapist, author, and educator who has 17 years of clinical experience helping people heal from relational traumas and develop the skills they need to create secure attachment relationships with their children, partners and friends.
Eli, aka the Attachment Nerd, is on a mission to educate and empower as many people as possible to learn a secure pattern of relating. As a part of that mission, Eli has authored the book “Securely Attached: Transform Your Attachment Patterns into Loving, Lasting Romantic Relationships”, and has created the Attachment Nerd Herd, an online membership full of pre-recorded courses, live virtual classes, community conversations, and a whole library of short videos with tips, insights and encouragement.
Eli also co-owns and co-directs the PASS Center in Denver and Attachment Labs LLC, an online coaching space for anyone wanting support in making changes in their life or relationships.
When Eli is not at the office with her beloved clients, or at home cooking and baking up a storm with her children, she can be found running her mouth on the internet. On Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Threads Eli educates her audience with short insights and playfully acted out examples.
Eli has three children, one husband, one cat, and an extraordinary number of plants. Most importantly perhaps, Eli once won a pair of globes as a contestant on the price is right.
Eli Has a BA in Arts from the University of Colorado (2004), a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology (2008), and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado.
