Haley Thompson, PMHNP-BC

Haley Thompson, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at ERC Pathlight in Plano, Texas. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baker University, where she also played collegiate soccer, an experience that sharpened her teamwork and time management skills. Her passion for mental health began during clinical rotations at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and deepened as she cared for patients across a variety of settings, including pediatric and neonatal intensive care units as a travel nurse.

She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. During her training, Haley completed over 500 clinical hours in outpatient behavioral health, intensive substance use programs, and psychotherapy services. Her clinical approach integrates medication management with evidence-based therapeutic strategies.

In addition to her work at ERC Pathlight, Haley also supports patients at an IV ketamine infusion clinic, furthering her interest in holistic and innovative approaches to mental health care. She holds certifications in BLS, NRP, and maintains a compact nursing license.  

Haley is passionate about staying current with psychiatric advancements and believes in empowering patients through education and collaborative care.
