Kiah Allen is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based out of the Denver, CO location. With over a decade of experience in psychiatric care, she brings a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based treatment across a wide range of mental health conditions.

Originally from Wisconsin, Kiah holds an undergraduate degree in Spanish and Physical Science from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, a nursing degree from Marquette University, and a Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) from The Ohio State University. She is currently pursuing her MBA at St. Cloud State University with an emphasis in management and leadership, aiming to further expand her role in clinical leadership.

Kiah began her career as a psychiatric registered nurse, working for five years in inpatient settings with adults and children/adolescents, including specialized units for eating disorders. For the past five years, she has worked as a PMHNP with clinical experience in eating disorders, substance use disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), women’s trauma, and sex and intimacy-related disorders.

Outside of her professional life, Kiah enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three children, and two dogs. Together, they love to travel, hike, and explore nature. She also enjoys practicing yoga and values a holistic approach to wellness.
