Rebecca Mandell, MD

Dr. Rebecca Mandell is a Primary Care Physician working in our Bellevue, Washington location. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology and English from Brown University before obtaining her medical degree from the University of Washington. After completing her residency at Tacoma Family Medicine, Dr. Mandell began her career at Neighborcare Health’s 45th Street Clinic in Seattle, where she worked with the urban underserved for three years. She transitioned to a hybrid clinical and virtual position at Kaiser Permanente of Washington, working with patients across Snohomish and King County.

Dr. Mandell is drawn to ERC for the opportunity to build strong connections with patients and partner with them to improve their health during a critical time in their lives. She enjoys working with both adults and children and hopes that she can make a meaningful impact in her community while continuing her professional journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mandell enjoys getting into nature through hiking, skiing, and running, as well as relaxing with a good book. She can often be found with her husband and three children exploring the trails and rivers near their home. With her strong dedication to patient-centered care, Dr. Mandell is excited to contribute her expertise to ERC and support the health and well-being of her community.
