FAQ
You have questions? We have answers.
Anyone age 12 and up who needs more support than outpatient care can provide, is eligible. Our virtual program is designed for children, adolescents and adults — including college students, caregivers and working professionals. If you're struggling with eating, food, or body image, give us a call at 877-825-8584 to discuss how we can best support you.
Yes. You’ll join a small, consistent group of up to 11 peers and meet with them weekly. These cohesive groups are a core part of our program — helping you build trust, feel understood and stay motivated. This sense of connection leads to better outcomes and a stronger community of support throughout treatment.
Yes. Recovery doesn’t end when treatment does — and neither does our support. As the largest eating recovery network in the country, we offer more than 2,000 resources, from regular check-ins with your outreach liaison to free virtual support groups, events, blogs, podcasts and webinars to help you stay connected to care for life.
Yes. Eating disorders affect the whole family — so we actively involve families and caregivers in the healing process. They have access to weekly skills, support, nutrition and education groups — all grounded in Family-Based Treatment and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy. For minors, caregivers join all meals and use the Recovery Record app to track progress, helping their loved ones stay engaged and empowered every step of the way.
We’ll send you a scale so our team can track key health markers remotely. You’ll also use the Recovery Record app to log meals, thoughts and emotions, receive daily coping tools and stay connected to your care team. These tools help us support your safety and progress from home.
We recognize accessibility concerns and want to make our programs as convenient and accessible as possible. If you need help accessing the Internet or a computer, we will do everything we can to help you find the resources you need. If you are struggling financially, ask us about local and federal assistance options. No question is off limits. We are here to help.
