Conflicting nutrition advice, sensationalized headlines, and diet culture messaging make it hard to know what's fact from fiction when it comes to food. This is a four-week, evidence-based education series led by an Eating Recovery Center Registered Dietitian, designed to help you separate science from stigma. Through the lens of the Health at Every Size® and All Foods Fit models, each week tackles a pervasive nutrition myth—exploring where it came from, why it persists, and how it impacts our relationship with food. Participants will walk away with practical tools to challenge diet culture narratives, honor their body’s needs, and enjoy a more flexible, guilt-free approach to eating.
This series is open to anyone—whether you are in eating disorder recovery, supporting a loved one, working in healthcare, or simply interested in fostering a healthier relationship with food.
