Stressed? Feeling like there’s so much to do and not enough hours in the day? That’s a common feeling during the holidays, said Leslee Marcom, psychologist and regional clinical manager for Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center. That stress often comes from too many commitments.

“People get so stuck in ‘Oh, I have this coming up,’ versus taking a moment to look at the holiday season as a whole,” she said.
