May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It's a time to check in on how we're really doing mentally and emotionally. This morning, we're joined by Kris Ramos with Pathlight Moon and Anxiety Center to talk about how to protect your mental health and when it may be time to seek help.
Social media can cause a great amount of comparison, negative thought, and overworking yourself. If you are struggling with any negative thoughts surrounding social media, make sure to set boundaries with yourself. Take yourself outside, spend time with family, and engage yourself in hobbies.
