Hi, my name is Andy Ard
I'm your SVP of Operations

Andy is the Senior Vice President of Operations at ERC Pathlight, supporting teams across our facilities and helping create the systems that make great care possible. His work focuses on improving efficiency, building strong processes, and enhancing both the teammate and patient experience.

Before joining ERC Pathlight, Andy was with Covenant Physician Partners, where he led a team of regional vice presidents within the ophthalmology division. He supported care for more than 400,000 patients each year across six markets. He also brings experience from a range of roles in healthcare operations and finance.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He lives in Southern California with his wife and three children, and enjoys cycling, coaching baseball, investing, and traveling with his family.
