Clinical Manager for Virtual Intensive Outpatient Services

Brunna Merrill is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), behavioral health leader, speaker, and founder of Restoration Path Counseling. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare, she has built and led programs serving individuals and families facing substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health challenges.
Brunna began her leadership career helping launch Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and medically assisted detox programs throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. She developed clinical workflows and standard operating procedures, secured grant funding, and partnered with multidisciplinary teams to build sustainable programs that expanded access to evidence-based addiction treatment across the region.
She currently serves as a Clinical Manager overseeing Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program at Eating Recovery Center, where she leads multidisciplinary teams providing specialized care to adults, adolescents, and families across multiple states. Throughout her career, Brunna has focused on developing strong clinical teams, improving systems of care, and creating environments where both patients and clinicians can thrive.
In addition to her leadership role, Brunna owns Restoration Path Counseling, where she provides counseling services and clinical supervision for LPC Associates throughout Texas. She is passionate about mentoring clinicians, developing future leaders, and helping professionals grow both personally and professionally.
