Elissa Bradberry, RD, LD, CEDS
Clinical Dietitian II

Elissa Bradberry is a Registered Dietitian licensed in Texas and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality, as well as her Master of Science in Nutrition, from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Additionally, she completed her dietetic internship there.
Currently, Elissa serves as a Clinical Dietitian at Eating Recovery Center, where she supports individuals in their recovery from eating disorders at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. She collaborates closely with clients and their support systems, providing education, guidance, and compassionate care throughout the recovery process. Her responsibilities include leading nutrition education groups and offering weekly meal support.
Elissa's approach is rooted in a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy. She is committed to delivering personalized, empathetic care that empowers clients to develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
