Felisha’s role in leading transformational, companywide initiatives is vital in enhancing patient care and driving growth. The new strategy team, under Felisha’s leadership, will serve as an extension of Compass, partnering closely with department leaders to ensure alignment and execution of key projects.

With 15 years of experience in strategy and operations, Felisha’s professional background spans practice management, ambulatory surgery centers, and pharmaceuticals. She holds a BSE from Wharton and an MBA from Chicago Booth.

Felisha lives in Chicago with her husband and young daughter. She’s an adventurous traveler, having recently visited Oman and Japan, and has recently taken up pickleball.

Felisha’s why: “While I am not doing hands-on patient care, I feel the work we’re doing to expand patient access and improve patient experience saves lives every day. I am motivated to work harder and faster, knowing that we have a queue of patients needing our care.”
