Jennifer Vittitow received her degree in nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and completed a dietetic internship in North Carolina in 2006. She then went into private practice as a registered dietitian, joining Eating Recovery Center in 2015. Jennifer cites her desire to work with patients in higher levels of care and be a part of an interdisciplinary team. In 2021, she became Nutrition Director of ERC, South Region.

Jennifer says she enjoys working at ERC because “we are the best of the best in the field of eating disorder treatment.” She is thankful to play a role in ERC’s mission to help patients recover while working with experienced and supportive clinicians. Jennifer finds joy in educating the dietitians on her team, and patients’ families, friends and caregivers, about how to provide the very best support to those in treatment and recovery.
