Kashyap Joshi

Kashyap Joshi joins ERC Pathlight as Chief Financial Officer with more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare services, healthcare technology, finance, and operational transformation.

Prior to joining ERC Pathlight, Kashyap served in senior executive leadership roles at IKS Health and previously at AQuity Solutions / M*Modal, where he played a key role in the company’s evolution from a traditional healthcare services organization into a technology-enabled platform business.

As CFO of M*Modal, Kashyap helped successfully lead the sale of the company’s technology business to 3M in a transaction valued at approximately $1 billion. He later became CEO of AQuity Solutions, where he led the organization through significant growth and operational transformation before successfully overseeing its sale to IKS Health.

Most recently, as Chief Development Officer at IKS Health, Kashyap spearheaded the company’s acquisition strategy and played a leadership role in strategic growth initiatives, including the recently signed approximately $600 million acquisition of publicly listed TruBridge.

Over the course of his career, Kashyap has led large-scale operational transformations, strategic acquisitions, debt restructurings, capital markets transactions, and enterprise value creation initiatives across both private equity-backed and public company environments.

Kashyap is passionate about building high-performing organizations through operational discipline, transparency, collaboration, and mission-driven leadership. He is particularly energized by opportunities to support organizations delivering meaningful impact in healthcare and patient outcomes.

Originally from India, Kashyap has spent much of his professional career in the United States and is based in the Raleigh area of North Carolina, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

Outside of work, Kashyap is an avid wine enthusiast, enjoys following cricket, and is a longtime fan of Bollywood cinema and music. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new food and wine experiences.
