Laura Shively is the Senior Vice President of the people team, where she leads the organization’s people strategy with a focus on leadership, development, and teammate engagement. She partners closely with leaders across the enterprise to build scalable talent practices that support growth, engagement, and high performance.

Prior to joining ERC Pathlight, Laura held senior people leadership roles at Surgical Care Affiliates, Access Dental, Peachtree Health Care, and Covenant Physician Partners, where she supported organizational growth, scale, and transformation.

With over 30 years of experience, Laura brings a disciplined, people-centered approach to leadership development, workforce strategy, and enterprise change. Her goal is to ensure the right talent is in place to provide great care — attracting, engaging, and retaining the people needed to advance ERC Pathlight’s mission.
