Nicole serves as the Nutrition Manager at Eating Recovery Center in Chicago, where she leads nutrition services for the Binge Eating Disorder Program. With over five years of experience at ERC as a clinical dietitian and nutrition manager, Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She is a Health at Every Size® (HAES) inclusive Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food and body through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.
