Two weeks can help preventeating disorder relapse.

Setbacks in recovery are common — but it doesn’t mean progress is lost. A short-term boost in care can help you:

  • Catch returning symptoms early, before they become harder to manage

  • Reinforce structure, accountability and consistent meals

  • Talk through what’s been challenging and explore new ways to respond

  • Practice eating disorder relapse prevention strategies with real-time guidance

  • Reconnect with peers who understand what you’re going through

By addressing returning symptoms and current challenges, you’ll build upon the progress you made in treatment and maintain your recovery.

Come as you are. We’ll get you where you need to go.
