Clinical Dietitian Training Specialist

Adee Levinstein is a Clinical Dietitian Training Specialist Eating Recovery Center. Her areas of specialization include eating disorders (with experience working in residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care), sports nutrition, and the intersection of eating disorders and movement. Her passion lies in improving how patients relate to food, movement, and their bodies to nourish their whole person physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Outside of her active practice, Adee’s experience is recognized through multiple speaking engagements on topics such as Treating Eating Disorders in Athletes, Moving ForwaRD with a Weight-Inclusive Nutrition Approach, and Eating Disorders and Judaism: The Impact of Culture and Religion.  

Adee’s memberships include iaedp, Baltimore iaedp chapter, and the International Federation of Eating Disorders Dietitians (IFEDD).

Prior to joining Eating Recovery Center, she was selected to join the Gatorade Sports Nutrition Immersion Program Fellowship, providing hands-on experience while working as a sports dietitian with multiple teams. Adee earned her MS in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University and a BS in Medical Dietetics from the University of Missouri.
