ERC Pathlgiht utilizes E-Verify as part of our hiring process.

We participate in E-Verify because we believe every employee has the right to work. By partaking in E-Verify, we will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, we are required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before Pathlight-ERC can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.

patients why

I light the way for our patients by incorporating a strengths-based, Positive Psychology approach that teaches patients how to actively create wellness and use their strengths as skills in their recovery. I help illuminate and reflect their inherent power, traits, and capabilities to use as resources in their journey, reminding them that no matter how strong their eating disorder is, their true self is always still there.
