Zach Marselle

Director of Operational Excellence

Zach joined ERC and Pathlight in 2020, bringing a combined 15 years of experience between healthcare administration and public safety administration as well as EMS field work. He graduated cum laude from UMUC with a BS in public safety administration with a minor in emergency management. Prior to joining ERC, he most recently spent time with an ophthalmology group managing daily operations at multiple clinics and surgical centers. Prior to that, he spent a combined 10 years in public safety including both EMS field work in multiple regions and EMS administration as an EMS regional assistant administrator for the State of Maryland for the National Capital Region and Southern Maryland during which time he served on the state’s crisis intervention team. While with ERC, he’s worked to optimize daily operations, remove barriers to care, and played a role in expanding our services originally at N. Charles St and with the openings of new facilities at 55 Schilling, 101 Schilling, and Bethesda. He’s very excited for the new opportunities, he’ll have in the DOE role to continue optimizing and expanding our services.  On a personal note, he grew up in Maryland and I’m loving being a new dad to a four-month-old boy.
