This 5-week series is designed to educate and support anyone impacted by the intersection of eating disorders and reproductive health challenges, including individuals currently navigating these issues, their families, caregivers, and professionals in the fields of healthcare, mental health, and nutrition.

Led by expert speakers, each session provides evidence-based information, practical strategies, and resources to address critical topics such as fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, and parenting while in recovery. Participants will gain insights into the unique ways eating disorders intersect with reproductive health and leave with tools to foster recovery, resilience, and holistic care.
